IOM November: Bullers Albatross

This was taken on a HALICAT pelagic in July. Bullers Albatross breeds in NZ and is not regularly seen off Sydney. This was its first appearance in 5 years.
ISO 250 1/2000 F4.5 - approx 70% -
1Dmk 3 300 2.8 1.4 x

Great capture Neville,
love the look that it is giving you. Your skill and some luck to have it off Sydney got you a great capture.

This is a good capture Nevil. You've controlled the whites in harsh light very well and as Andre said, love the look you're getting.

Nice work Neville, you've got good eye contact with this bird. Looks like it needs to be seen larger to get the head detail.
